01Introduction

MVP — Match Value Projection ("MVP", "we", "our", or "the App") is a padel match statistics tracking application designed to help users record, evaluate, and review match statistics and match performance. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you enter into MVP. This Privacy Policy explains what information MVP collects, how that information is used, and how it is stored.

02Information We Collect

MVP does not require you to create an account or provide an email address to use the App. When you use MVP, you may voluntarily enter information including:

• Player names
• Match statistics
• Match scores and results
• Match history and related match information

The information entered into MVP is primarily provided directly by the user during the process of recording a match.

03How We Use Your Information

Information entered into MVP is used to provide the App's core functionality, including:

• Recording padel matches
• Calculating and displaying match statistics
• Maintaining match history
• Providing match evaluation and performance information
• Allowing users to review previously recorded matches

MVP does not use your match data for advertising purposes.

04Local Data Storage

Match information entered into MVP is stored locally on your device to provide the App's functionality. MVP does not currently require an account and does not currently upload your match statistics or match history to a cloud server for storage or synchronization. Because match information is stored locally, deleting the App or clearing its application data may permanently remove locally stored match information.

05Data Sharing

MVP does not currently sell, rent, or intentionally share your player names, match statistics, or match history with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. MVP does not currently contain advertising functionality. If you choose to export, copy, or share information using features provided by your device or operating system, that information may then be handled according to the policies of the service or application you choose to share it with.

06Third-Party Services

MVP does not currently require third-party services to create a user account, store match history in the cloud, or deliver advertising. The App may rely on standard platform functionality provided by Apple, Google, Expo, or the operating system on which the App runs. Such platform providers may process technical information according to their own privacy policies.

07Data Retention and Deletion

Match information remains stored locally on your device for as long as the relevant application data remains on the device. You may remove locally stored information by using available deletion functionality within the App, where provided, or by removing the App and its associated local data from your device. Because MVP does not currently maintain a cloud account containing your match history, there is no separate cloud account that needs to be deleted.

08Security

We take reasonable measures to design MVP so that match information is handled appropriately. Because the information is stored locally on your device, the security of the device itself, including its passcode, operating system, and access controls, also plays an important role in protecting your information.

09Children's Privacy

MVP is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a user account or registration system. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through MVP in a manner that raises a privacy concern, please contact us using the information below.

10Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as MVP evolves, including when new features or data practices are introduced. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
